The Master Series YTE-800mm is a fully servo central impression (CI) satellite flexographic press, engineered for high-speed printing on heavy-duty FFS film (Form-Fill-Seal) and industrial PE films in roll form, with a maximum printing width of 760 mm.
The central drum maintains controlled tension on thick films — essential for heavy PE film used on FFS lines. Four servo printing units, automatic register control and ±0.08 mm accuracy deliver stable runs for cement bags, fertilizer packaging and industrial applications.
Up to 350–400 m/min on FFS film in roll form — industrial productivity and precise graphics for Form-Fill-Seal conversion.
Water-based or solvent inks depending on the FFS film. On-site installation, operator training and technical support for converters in North Africa.

The CI flexographic press can print heavy PE FFS film, tubular film, HDPE, LDPE, co-extruded film and other plastic films used in flexible packaging and Form-Fill-Seal lines.
