The YTD-4+4 is a central impression (CI) flexographic press in a 4+4 color configuration, engineered for printing on PP woven fabric in roll form, with a material feed width of 800 mm and a maximum print width of 760 mm.
The central drum maintains stable web tension. Eight printing units (4+4), automatic register control and ±0.15 mm accuracy (longitudinal and transversal) deliver two-sided or multicolor printing on woven PP sacks.
Maximum printing speed of 300 m/min — high throughput for cement bags, fertilizer sacks and industrial PP woven packaging.
Water-based or solvent inks. Standard print repeat of 400 mm, customizable from 380 to 800 mm. On-site installation, operator training and technical support for converters across North Africa.
